Lake Perris State Park
I have not been here but have been told there is a very nice dry horse camp
and a lot of trails going in different directions. Some of it is climbing hills
and some is flat riding near the lake.
A nice place to ride for experienced and not so experienced riders.
The primitive Horse Camp is separate from the regular family camping. With corrals, water troughs, picnic tables, campfire rings, drinking water and chemical toilets each of the 7 units will accommodate a maximum of 8 people and a maximum of three licensed vehicles with horse trailers. Each site is allowed a maximum of (2) compatible horses per corral per site. Each Camp site covers one (1) vehicle free and one legally towed vehicle. Extra vehicles (up to the maximum) are $8.00 per day, each. If you would like to reserve in advance there is a $6.75 non refundable reservation fee.
$21.00 per unit/night.
