McCall Park in Idyllwild

This is a beautiful place to camp With your horses, located in the mountains near Idyllwild. There are many miles of trails that pass through Oaks, pines and meadows. There is a nice 2 hour ride heading north on the fire brake trail where the trail crosses Hwy 241. East on the fire control road to the USFS station. There cross Hwy 241 again heading west back to Mc Call Rd. continue east back to the fire break trail. From there head south to camp

There are some 45-50 corrals and a large area for camping. They do not take individual reservations but they will reserve for groups of 12 or more. For group reservations call Riverside County parks 1-800-234-7275 The Park is located approximately 1 mile west of Mountain Center off Highway 74.
